At Salesforce, I serve as Global Industry Strategist for Travel & Hospitality, a role that puts me at the center of how the world's leading CRM company is building its position in an industry being fundamentally reshaped by AI. I partner across product, alliances, marketing, and sales to make sure our industry GTM is coherent, regional teams share best practices, and the right insights reach the right people at the right time.
I also write The Hospitality Blueprint, a Substack publication where I examine what AI, distribution, and shifting consumer expectations actually mean for the hotels, airlines, and technology companies navigating all of it. The goal is never to be first to publish. The goal is to be right.
